Return Policy

Our aim is to ensure you're happy with every purchase you make with Mobilitons. Whether you ordered online or purchased in the showroom, our happy returns policy is the same - you have 7 days to return unused products still in their original packaging for a full refund. After this period we cannot accept any returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following product(s) due to Health & Safety regulations & hygiene reasons:

  • Incontinence
  • Bathroom or toilet products
  • Seating products (cushions - backs)
  • All slings
  • Mattresses

For incontinence products, a return can only be accepted if the product is not used and not open, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original packaging.

Returned products subject to a 25% restocking fee for returns are:

  • Power Lift & Sleep Chairs
  • Mobility Scooters
  • Power Wheelchairs
  • Manual wheelchairs
  • Transport chairs
  • Beds (excluding mattresses which are non-returnable)
  • Parts

Returns can be initiated by emailing our Customer Care department to arrange a return. Returned Authorization (RA) is required for all returns. Any products received without prior authorization a refund may not be issued. To receive an RA customers must email the Customer Care department. If you should decide to keep your product once the RA number is issued, please notify us by contacting the Customer Care department and we will gladly cancel the RA.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the product being returned is packaged for shipment in a manner that will protect it from possible shipping damage. A copy of your original e-mail invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise.

We recommend that you use a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your product(s).

Mobilitons is not responsible if your return shipment is lost in return transit.

Conditions for Returns 

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 7 days from receipt (Returns will not be accepted after 7 days).
  • A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for the used and open package return.

Damaged or incomplete shipments
If you believe you have a damaged or incomplete shipment, it must be reported within 48 hours to our Customer Care department. 

International Orders
All sales are final for international orders. 

Refund Process
A determination will be made once the item is received in our warehouse and the returns may be rejected due to the physical condition of the product. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you follow the conditions for returns. If the product received at the warehouse is not in a saleable condition due to damage is not returnable.

You will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the product plus any applicable sales tax within 30 days of the receipt of the returned product.  

Cancelled Orders
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. We try to ship orders very quickly so if you need to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible. Please note once the order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and our returns process comes into effect, including any appropriate charges.
