I’ve owned mine for four years now and I still love it. The lack of castoring wheels gives you more room on the footboard. The seat is comfortable and I have no problems being in it for hours. (I’m an ambulatory user). It disassembles and reassembles easily. You can buy spare batteries to keep a backup but I have yet to run one empty even at Disney. I like the app control and occasionally do use the remote drive feature.
People have stopped me many times while I’m out to compliment the chair. It does garner attention.
